Pilates is a whole body workout that is beneficial for people of all ages and abilities. 

Some the benefits of Pilates include:

  • strengthening the muscles of the whole body

  • improving core stability and alignment of the spine

  • improving posture 

  • correcting muscle imbalances

  • improving flexibility


Small group classes: 

·      Pilates small group classes of up to 6 people will be running on Monday’s at 6.30pm

·      Price: $35 per class or $300 for 10 classes (To book 10 classes please email to arrange payment and bookings).


Private pilates sessions:

1:1 pilates sessions will be available on Friday afternoons ($90), bookings available online.

*It is essential for anyone pre or postpartum prior to attend a 1:1 Pilates session prior to attending a group class.

1:1 assessments are also available for anyone who has an injury or has never done Pilates before and would like an assessment prior to joining the group class. This is not essential.
