PILATES
With Jess from Strong Core Pilates
Pilates is a whole body workout that is beneficial for people of all ages and abilities.
Some the benefits of Pilates include:
• strengthening the muscles of the whole body
• improving core stability and alignment of the spine
• improving posture
• correcting muscle imbalances
• improving flexibility
Group classes:
Matwork Pilates:
⁃ Monday - 6:30pm
All group classes run for 50 minutes
Private Pilates sessions:
1:1 sessions are beneficial for anyone who has an injury or has never done Pilates before and would like to learn the Pilates basics prior to joining the group class. This is not essential.
1:1 pilates sessions will be available on Tuesdays. Please contact Jess if you would like to arrange a 1:1 session at an alternative time.

$25 per class or $200 for 10 classes
First class $10
1:1 sessions:
$70 per session
